Measuring at home: Take some string or a piece of paper no wider than 1.4 cm. Wrap it around your finger and mark with a pen where one end of the string or paper meets the other. Then line the string or paper against a ruler and read off the measurement.
Please note that this chart provides approximate measurements & that ring sizes may vary slightly between different manufacturers or countries. We still advise to have your finger professionally measured by a local jeweller to ensure an accurate fit for your ring.
Remove and clean regularly; bacteria can become trapped inside of it. The best way of doing this, is to clean after each use with a soft-bristled toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste or use a denture cleaning solution to soak the grill regularly to remove stains and bacteria.
We advise to:
NOT smoke or vape with grill; this can cause irreversible damage and oxidisation
NOT eat or chew gum with grill in
NOT drink alcohol with grill in
NOT sleep with grill, make sure you always let your teeth "rest" at least two days per week

Absolutely! We want you to be delighted with your jewellery purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your order, we do accept returns under certain conditions:
1. You may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
Return Process:

2. Self-Paid Return Shipping: As a small business, we kindly request that customers bear the cost of return shipping. Exception for Custom Grill Orders:
For custom grills each piece is uniquely crafted to fit the individual customer. As such, returns for custom grills will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service at vitalityjewels.ha@gmail.com to discuss the options available.
Refund Process:
1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions.
2. Refund: Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at vitalityjewels.ha@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

For pre-made items, we aim to dispatch within 3-5 business days, offering swift delivery. Custom orders, crafted with special attention to your wishes, may take up to 2-3 weeks. Please note that during peak times, this could extend based on our waiting list.
